Have you got 10 minutes?
If you’re on this page, you may be need a little support. Whether you've never experienced breathwork and are curious, or our paths have crossed before - you have the choice of 2 recordings below that may help.
Conscious connected breathing can gently unlock what’s been stored in the body - tension, emotion, even old patterns you didn’t realise you were carrying. Breathwork is not about pushing harder or fixing yourself - it’s about coming back to yourself. That's a practice in itself.
Feeling overwhelmed, disconnected?
Our lives are so ridiculously busy these days. There’s always something we should be doing - somewhere to go, someone to see. Even rest has become something to tick off the list.
This introduction - a short guided session - may help. You can book further sessions by emailing me:

Need to unlock tension, emotion or both?
If we've met before such as a session, workshop or joined me at a festival, you are already familiar with breathwork.
I've put together this short, guided conscious connected breath session and if you want to continue your breathwork journey, book further further sessions by emailing me:

Interested in a taster session?
If you would like to see if breathwork is really for you, you might like to try one of my taster sessions.
These sessions are shorter in length (around an hour) and will give you an opportunity to discover more about your own breathing as well as a detailed explanation/demo surrounding the technique of conscious connected breathing and a chance to practise.
The benefit of these taster sessions means that you if you choose to participate in future workshops, you can dive straight in and breathe - already equipped with the knowledge and technique.
Contact me to find out when and where my next breathwork introduction is taking place (an initial number of places are free of charge so don't miss out!).
