If you've met before such as a 1-1 session, workshop or joined Alan at a festival, you are already familiar with breathwork.
This is a short, guided Conscious Connected breath session and will give you the opportunity to give yourself a timeout - a chance to concentrate once more on your breathing and help your body and mind to reconnect.
As you already know, breathwork is not about pushing harder or fixing yourself - it’s about coming back to yourself.
