In the early days of Alan's discovery of breathwork and in just a matter of months, he felt fitter and stronger than he had for years (read his blog 'From then to now - Alan's story').
As a result, Breatherapy's offering is explored through the three complementary practices: breathwork, rocking meditation and breathwork for sport.
Breathwork
Breathwork is a simple yet profound way to support mental, emotional and physical wellbeing. By changing how we breathe, we can influence how we feel - easing stress, improving sleep, increasing energy, and helping the nervous system shift out of overwhelm.
Rocking meditation
